Fields

mode: DuplicateRemovalMode

Detection strategy (Exact or Near).

tolerance_mm: f32

Spatial tolerance in mm for Near mode voxel overlap checks.

endpoint_tolerance_mm: f32

Tolerance in mm for quantising streamline endpoints into the same cell.

min_shared_voxel_fraction: f32

Minimum fraction of voxels that must be shared between two streamlines for them to be considered duplicates in Near mode.
